Cosmica ("we", "our", "the service") is operated by Cosmica. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Cosmica produces personalized self-reflection content drawing on Western astrology, Chinese BaZi, and the I Ching. Readings are generated by an AI system designed to weave the three traditions in a thoughtful voice we call Aether.

Cosmica is intended for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make medical, legal, or financial decisions based solely on a reading. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.

We do not predict the future. Astrology is a contemplative tradition, not a deterministic forecast.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cosmica. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use Cosmica with parental awareness.

You're responsible for keeping your password and account access secure. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you provide. Inaccurate data produces inaccurate charts.

You may not use Cosmica to harass, defame, or attempt to harm another person, or to circumvent these terms.

One-time readings are charged once. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period continues to the end of its billing cycle.

Refunds for one-time readings: if a reading fails to generate due to a service problem, we will issue a full refund. If you receive a reading that you find disappointing as a matter of taste, we are not able to refund the AI generation cost — but please write to [email protected] and tell us why; your feedback shapes the product.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Your readings, chart data, and chat conversations belong to you. You may export them at any time.

By using Cosmica, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.

We do not use your readings to train external AI models.

Cosmica's design, software, and original brand content (including the Aether voice) are owned by Cosmica.

Astrological traditions are part of human heritage. The interpretive synthesis Aether produces is generated specifically for you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and rare outages will occur.

We may update, change, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have purchased, we will provide a refund for the unused portion.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cosmica is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid Cosmica in the previous 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Cosmica after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cosmica is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
